Ravens @ Bengals 8:15pm
Ravens +8.5 (-110)
As good as Joe Burrow and this Bengals offense has been, they've had some struggles against the Ravens. Joe Burrow has played the Ravens 5 times in his career (3-2). He faced them twice this season within the division, and while the Bengals won both matchups, Burrow failed to pass for over 225 yards in both games. Burrow's passer rating was in the low 80's in both games, his season average is 100.8. The Ravens have been one of the only teams in the NFL to limit Joe Burrow and the Bengals passing attack. Baltimore has a fantastic run defense, which forces quarterbacks to have a less balanced offensive attack. The Ravens also have two very good corners (Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters), and three talented safeties led by Marcus WIlliams. We say all of this to highlight that the Ravens matchup well against the Bengals playmakers. The Ravens have both of their starting running backs (JK Dobbins & Gus Edwards) healthy. The Bengals run defense has been average, so that will be a key matchup to watch out for. Our bet is 1 unit on the road dogs to keep this game within 8 points.
