There is a lot to like about Jason Day coming in. Since missing the cut at the RSM Classic, he’s been on an absolute tear. Jason Day has eight straight top 20 finishes! He’s a trendy pick this weekend which scares us a bit, but the numbers suggest it’s justified. Jason Day is one of the best scramblers on tour (2nd). He also ranks 5th in strokes gained total. It's worth noting, Jason Day looked to have a slight medical issue during Match Play. However, he clarified it was nothing more than allergies. Our wager is a half unit on Jason Day to land another top 20 finish.

Keith Mitchell Top 20 Finish (+250)

Our model often shows tremendous value on Mitchell. He had two top 5 finishes throughout January & February, and finished in the top 25 in March at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Keith Mitchell ranks 1st on tour in total driving. He only played Augusta once and progressed as the rounds went. He should be more comfortable this time around. We see good value at this (+250) price, so we will lock in a half unit.

Xander Schauffele Top 20 Finish (-120)

Xander Schauffele is quietly having a solid season. He played well in Match Play (T-5th), and finished top 20 at the Players Championship. He ripped off three straight top 15 finishes at the American Express, Farmers Insurance Open, and Waste Management Phoenix Open. His metrics are sound across the board. We like these odds on a top 20 finish for Schauffele.

Collin Morikawa Top 20 Finish (-110)

Morikawa finished top 20 at the Players Championship a few weeks back. He’s only missed two cuts this season (Waste Management Phoenix Open & Arnold Palmer Invitational). Aside from that, Morikawa has been very good. He has four top 10 finishes since December. We like the (-110) price on Morikawa to stay within the top 20 this weekend.

Sungjae Im Top 20 Finish (+125)

Sungjae Im has three top 10 finishes since January. At Augusta he’s finished in the top 10 twice. He ranks 12th in strokes gained total, and 13th in total driving. If Sungjae can get his putter going, he should be right in the mix this weekend. Our wager is a half unit on a top 20 finish.

Jon Rahm Top 10 Finish (-110)

Jon Rahm has been vocal about his desire to win a green jacket. Historically at Augusta, Rahm has a good track record with four top 10 finishes. He leads the PGA Tour in scoring average, birdie average, and strokes gained total. Rahm has seven top 10 finishes this season, and 3 outright wins. We see no reason why he shouldn't be in the mix for another top 10 finish.

Patrick Cantlay Top 10 Finish (+165)

We like the momentum that Cantlay carries into Augusta. He finished 3rd at the Genesis Invitational, 4th at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and top 20 at the Players Championship. He played well in Match Play, so there is no reason to believe he won’t contend. Patrick Cantlay ranks 6th on tour in strokes gained total. He has all the tools needed to contend for a green jacket this weekend.

Jordan Spieth Top 10 Finish (+170)

Jordan Spieth missed the cut at Augusta last year, but his overall track record is very strong in this event. Speith already has a green jacket under his belt. In terms of recent form, Spieth had two top 5 finishes in March (Arnold Palmer Invitational & Valspar Championship). We like this price on Jordan to finish within the top 10.
