There are a few signals that pushed our wager toward GIlbert Urbina. First, he strikes at a much higher volume than his opponent Orion Cosce. Urbina averages 6.2 significant strikes landed per minute compared to 2.9 for Cosce. In the grappling department, Urbina averages 4 takedowns per 15 minutes. Orion Sosce averages 2 takedowns per 15 minutes. Keep in mind that both of these fighters have a limited sample size of fights, so take those metrics with a slight grain of salt. The other factor to consider here is the strong line movement. Gilbert Urbina unanimously opened as an underdog. The plus money on him was quickly scooped up and wiped off the board.
