Collin Morikawa Top 10 Finish (+275)

Collin Morikawa has been a bit of a roller coaster over the last couple months. He’s played really well at times with three top 10 finishes, but has also missed some cuts (including last week). Morikawa ranks 16th on tour in scoring average, 10th in strokes gained total, and 9th in strokes gained approach to the green. These are three metrics we believe will be key this weekend. Our wager is a half unit on another top 10 finish for the two time major champion.

Max Homa Top 20 Finish (+110)

Max Homa finished inside the top 15 at this event last year. He has four top 10 finishes already this season, and 7 finishes inside the top 25. Max Homa trails only Jon Rahm in strokes gained total. FanDuel is one of the few books that has this top 20 finish at plus money, so we recommend checking there first. Our wager is a half unit.

Will Zalatoris Top 20 Finish (+150)

Will Zalatoris has a 4.94 birdie average this season, which ranks 3rd on the PGA tour trailing only Jon Rahm and Patrick Cantlay. Will Zalatoris has played TPC Sawgrass twice, and finished inside the top 30 in both. He ranks 13th in strokes gained total. We like these odds for Zalatoris to finish within the top 20.

Matt Fitzpatrick Top 20 Finish (+180)

Matt Fitzpatrick is a bit of a wild card here, as he didn't play well in this event last year. That said, Fitz did have a top 10 finish in 2021. This bet is more about Fitzpatrick’s recent form, and the implied odds. He finished inside the top 15 last week despite a terrible round. As the season has progressed, Matt Fitzpatrick looks to be getting closer to last years form. He should have a good opportunity to finish inside the top 20 this weekend.

Sahith Theegala Top 40 Finish (+110)

The biggest weakness for Sahith Theegala this season has been off of the tees. That said,  TPC Sawgrass is a course where that metric tends to be a bit less important. Theegala hasn’t missed a cut in 2023, and already has several top 10 finishes under his belt. We like a half unit wager on him to finish within the top 40.

Corey Conners Top 40 Finish (-110)

Corey Conners has a good track record at TPC Sawgrass. He’s played here three times, scoring a top 10 finish, and has never missed a cut. Our concern with Conners is hit putting, which has been below tour average this season. However, he ranks well in strokes gained off the tee, and strokes gained approaching the green. Our bet is a half unit on a top 40 finish.
